L is for Leafbug was filmed on our front porch in Loveland, Colorado. We have seen 2 leafbugs since we have lived here. People say they are rare, so being visited twice is pretty cool! S is for Snake was filmed near our neighborhood in Loveland, Colorado. This little guy was just found on the sidewalk. We are not sure what type of snake he is, but before we started filming he looked like he was striking like a rattlesnake. After watching my turtle recover from his tumble down the stairs yesterday (he's alright), I realized this is what turtles do: they take risks. They don't know what's at the bottom of that fall, but they trust their shell to protect them. I wonder, what shell protects you?
