Universal Vocabulary Pack

(Updated 1/5/2023.)

Happy Johnny Appleseed Day Leaders!

Did you and your littles participate in apple-themed activities today? Did you tell the story of Johnny Appleseed? Maybe you and yours crafted a modern-day tall tale to solve a problem in today's world.  Whatever you did, we'd love to hear about your adventures!

Tomorrow is National Brave Day. Consider using it as an opportunity to talk about bravery. Throw down a bravery challenge. Give mini-bios on people you consider brave. Make brave collages. Share with your littles times when bravery is hard for you, why you know you must act despite your fear, and what you do to overcome it.
Take chances, make mistakes. That's how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave. - Mary Tyler Moore
Today's featured item is the Universal Vocabulary Pack. Once side dishes in the Meet Silas Wolfe Pack and Bot Bedlam Wolfe Pack, these activities now star as the main course. The course features a variety of vocabulary activities. Discussion-based, hands-on, game-based, and paper-pencil activities suitable for any vocabulary menu...INCLUDING the one which you are currently serving your littles.  Check 'em out:

One of several vocabulary ideas offered in our universal vocabulary pack for preschool, kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade learners.

Let us know which activity best served you and your learners. And, if you have an activity you'd like to add to the pot, we'd love to hear about it. Any universal vocabulary activity we whip up, or other leaders throw in, we'll add to the pack. So, come back soon, and come back often! You never know what new twist we'll serve to the dishes in our kitchen.
